What you’ll do

• Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients to ensure timely meal service
• Support cooking staff by preparing dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
• Buss tables and assist with serving to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
• Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices in all aspects of food handling
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks during busy service periods
• Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns as needed for special events

Basic qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
• Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team setting

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality roles
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
• Familiarity with banquet operations and large-scale meal preparation
