Duties

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, and assembling ingredients according to safety standards and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness by regularly cleaning work stations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Buss tables and clear dishes efficiently to keep the area tidy and organized
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment using safe lifting practices
• Manage food handling responsibilities with attention to hygiene standards and proper storage procedures
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels as needed
• Follow all health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Familiarity with food handling, preparation, and safety procedures is advantageous
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and guest interactions
• Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling safely throughout shifts
• A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
