• Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, and ingredients following safe lifting practices
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service and uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or kitchen environments with a strong understanding of food handling and safety protocols
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while practicing safe lifting techniques
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and cleanliness routines
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week

Work Location: In person
