- Food Preparation: Assist senior chefs and station heads with daily ingredient prep, cutting vegetables, portioning, and setting up the hot or cold kitchen stations.
- Cooking & Plating: Prepare and assemble menu items, buffet replenishment, and a la carte orders following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Sanitation & Hygiene: Maintain strict compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards in prep areas, coolers, and storage units.
- Inventory Support: Monitor stock availability, rotate inventory, and report low-stock items or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
