The Role: Kitchen Staff
We are looking for dedicated Kitchen Staff to assist our culinary team. Whether you are a seasoned cook or eager to learn authentic Japanese cooking techniques, you will play a critical role in supporting daily kitchen operations, including prep work, cooking, and meal assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with prep work, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and scaling recipes.
• Prepare and cook hot menu items (such as ramen, tempura, and teriyaki) with care and consistency.
• Support the sushi and hot line chefs during busy shifts.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all food items using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or catering kitchen is highly desirable, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are most important.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $20.00 ~ $35.00 per hour depending on the experience

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
