Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes accurately
• Support cooking processes by helping chefs during meal service and ensuring timely delivery of dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
• Handle food handling tasks responsibly, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
• Follow all food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Experience with banquet service or large-scale food handling is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
• Hospitality experience or hotel background can enhance your ability to deliver exceptional service
