We’re a growing Japanese-Korean family-operated restaurant looking for dedicated and hardworking team members to join our kitchen crew. If you have a passion for food and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

Currently have open positions for dishwasher, line cook, sushi assistant. Prepare and cook menu items, ensure food quality, and maintain a clean workstation. Assist with ingredient prep, follow recipes, and keep the kitchen running smoothly. Keep dishes and kitchen equipment clean, support kitchen staff as needed.

Experience In professional kitchen is recommended but not required.

Must be available to work mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service and restaurant operations, particularly in a kitchen environment.
• Strong skills in food preparation and cooking, with an emphasis on Asian cuisine.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
• Culinary experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train and invest in you as much as you are willing to be trained and invested in your job.
• Must have open schedule and be reliable to show up to your scheduled shifts every time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
