About Us

Ichiriki is a fast-paced Japanese hot pot restaurant focused on quality ingredients, teamwork, and hospitality. We are looking for dependable kitchen staff members to join our dinner team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate appetizers during dinner service
• Prepare and maintain soup broths and hot pot ingredients
• Slice and portion meats accurately and consistently
• Restock kitchen stations throughout service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist other kitchen team members during busy periods
• Help with opening and closing kitchen duties

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable and punctual
• Team-oriented attitude
• Knife skills and kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
