Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our vibrant hibachi restaurant team. This role involves supporting daily kitchen operations, preparing and assembling dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a fast-paced culinary environment and a passion for delivering quality food and excellent customer service.

Duties

• Assist in food preparation, including prepping ingredients for sushi, appetizers, and other menu items
• Support line cooks and sushi chefs during meal service, ensuring timely and accurate order assembly
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and proper waste disposal
• Buss tables and clear dining areas to facilitate efficient service flow
• Follow safety and sanitation standards at all times to ensure a safe working environment
• Support other kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations and guest satisfaction

Experience

• Prior experience working in a kitchen environment is preferred, especially in hibachi restaurants or similar settings
• Experience with cleaning procedures and maintaining hygiene standards in a commercial kitchen
• Familiarity with bussing tables and supporting front-of-house operations is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 per week
