Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation
  • Assist in preparing fresh ingredients for sushi rolls and poke bowls
  • Follow recipes and presentation guidelines for menu items
  • Ensure all food is prepared to high safety and quality standards
• Kitchen Operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Support kitchen staff with daily prep tasks and setup
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Teamwork
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management

Requirements

• No prior sushi experience required—training provided
• Interest in learning sushi and poke preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and food safety
• Reliable and punctual
• Full time and part time positions available

Schedule
