Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every dish meets our standards of excellence while supporting the overall operation of our restaurant or food service establishment.

• Preparing and cooking food according to our recipes and quality standards
• Assisting with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen
• Following food safety and health & safety procedures
• Supporting chefs and other kitchen team members during busy service periods
• Ensuring ingredients and kitchen equipment are properly stored and maintained
• Working efficiently as part of a team
• Helping with deliveries, stock rotation, and general kitchen duties when required

We are looking for someone who is:

• Willing to learn and develop their kitchen skills
• Comfortable following instructions and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred.

Experience

• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
• Experience working in a restaurant or food service setting is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a busy kitchen environment
