Overview

Tsukimi Ramen is looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Kitchen Staff – Job Responsibilities
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, chopping, and assembling ingredients according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, mixers, and cooking appliances.
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment, ensuring they are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dishwashing areas, and kitchen tools in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support meal assembly and presentation to ensure timely service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures to prevent contamination and maintain a safe working environment.
• Help organize inventory and supplies, and notify the team when items are running low.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other tasks as needed to support restaurant operations.

Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Reliable, positive attitude, hardworking, and a team player.
• Ability to perform food preparation, dishwashing, and general kitchen cleaning duties.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
