Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Kitchen Staff / All-Around Housekeeping employee to join our team at Elite Tee Box, a premium indoor golf simulation facility in BGC, Taguig.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily kitchen operations, preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Duties

• Prepare and cook simple meals and assist with daily food preparation.
• Assist in preparing Korean and Japanese dishes, if needed.
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations are clean and organized.
• Monitor kitchen supplies and ingredients to minimize waste.
• Follow company recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety procedures.

Housekeeping Duties

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the golf facility, including the lobby, dining areas, golf rooms, and other assigned areas.
• Clean tables, chairs, floors, kitchen areas, and customer spaces regularly.
• Ensure the facility is presentable and ready for customers at all times.
• Dispose of garbage properly and maintain sanitation standards.
• Assist with serving food and beverages when necessary.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in kitchen work, cooking, housekeeping, or food service is an advantage.
• Willing to perform both kitchen and housekeeping duties.
• Knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
• Hardworking, honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to follow instructions and company standards.
• Must be punctual, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.
