Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating dishes efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
• Support food running and serving duties to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
• Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting safely when moving supplies or equipment around the kitchen
• Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and hygiene
• Buss tables and clear dishes promptly to maintain a clean dining environment
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and guest transactions
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate food service and guest needs in person

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests
• Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for hospitality are highly valued

Pay: $25.34 - $30.52 per hour
