As a Kitchen Staff member, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting food preparation, customer service, and overall restaurant operations. Duties

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and following safety standards for food handling
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables, removing used dishes, and ensuring dining areas are tidy for guests
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and safe lifting practices to prevent injury
• Serve food and beverages efficiently to guests at the counter or table using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Support food running activities by delivering orders promptly from the kitchen to dining areas
• Provide in-person customer service by addressing guest needs with enthusiasm and professionalism

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction

Pay: $25.62 - $30.86 per hour
