What they need
- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, slice, and measure ingredients (mise en place) following recipes and instructions from lead cooks.
- Plating & Service Support: Help assemble dishes, plate food to presentation standards, and coordinate timing during busy service hours.
- Sanitation & Dishwashing: Wash pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, and clean work surfaces, cutting boards, and cooking equipment.
- Inventory & Stocking: Unload food deliveries, check quality and expiration dates, rotate stock, and restock workstations.
- Waste Management: Empty trash cans, dispose of food scraps properly, and keep storage areas tidy.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow local health codes, prevent cross-contamination, and wear required protective gear like hairnets and gloves.
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
