Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities:

• Food - Kitchen Opening, Receiving Orders, Prep List, Station Stocking, Consistency, Hot, Cold, High Quality,
• Communication - Communicating effectively with the Leads and Teammates
• Staff - Maintain positive culture and team environment
• Safety - Safe with proper training with equipment, maintenance, and food.
• Sanitation - Kept up to food sanitation standards and a clean/organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a banquet, hospitality, or hotel setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
