Overview
We are looking for Fired Up associates that love great Italian food and great hospitality. We offer fresh wood fire pizza and Italian deli offerings as well as wine. We have been in business since 2016 with our mobile wood fire pizza catering and wholesale business. We are now opening our first brick & mortar location. There is a great opportunity for growth and advancement to those who are seeking it. We are fun, food fueled, hospitality driven team! Job does include tips.

Duties

• Assist in food preparation by chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
• Support cooking processes by following instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors to ensure timely meal production
• Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
• Assist in dishwashing and store cleaning
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient kitchen workflow

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable, but not required
• Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures
• Ability to perform food preparation tasks accurately and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and support customer service efforts
• Experience with cooking techniques and culinary practices preferred but not required
• Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
