Job Summary

Duties

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils, equipment, and dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing
• Support food running and serving duties to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices
• Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to maintain a tidy dining environment
• Manage food handling responsibilities in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and guest transactions while providing in-person customer service with a friendly attitude
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels
• Support guest services by addressing customer inquiries professionally and ensuring a positive dining experience

Experience

• Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn
• Familiarity with food handling procedures, kitchen operations, or hospitality environments is advantageous
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interaction
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided
• Demonstrated commitment to food safety standards and hygienic practices
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude toward guest service

Pay: $25.28 - $30.44 per hour
