Location: Compark, Wesley Chapel – 4450 Pet Lane, 33559 Company: Mind Over Matter Meal Prep Hours: 15–40+ hours per week (flexible scheduling) Main Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Wednesday may be added) Additional Role: Delivery drivers needed Sundays

We are a fast-growing, family-run meal prep company serving customers across the Tampa Bay Area. Every week we create a fresh, exciting menus and prepare meals that are portioned perfectly for health and affordability. With a 3,300 sq ft kitchen and plans to expand into new businesses, we’re looking for dedicated team members who want to grow with us.

Position Details

We’re hiring hard-working, fast-paced, and dedicated individuals with a desire to learn and grow.

• Hours: Full-time hours condensed into 3 days, or part-time hours available
• Flexibility: Start and end times can be adjusted to fit your schedule
• Growth: Opportunity to move from part-time to full-time as we expand

Responsibilities

Our process is very different from a restaurant, and tasks vary daily. Team members are expected to work together, including:

• Portioning menu items into containers
• Could but not required to Cook
• Prepping Ingredients
• Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Bagging meals for customer pickup
