We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Staff member to join our team. This role involves supporting daily kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and assisting with food preparation and cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior kitchen experience, a strong focus on cleanliness, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize ingredients for various dishes, including appetizers and salads.
• Assist with food prep tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning workstations regularly.
• Support the dishwashing process by cleaning utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Follow all food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and sanitary work environment at all times.

Skills

• Prior experience working in a kitchen setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and general sanitation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable team player with good communication skills.
