The Hanson Family Life Center/Forest City YMCA is looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly person to help keep our child care kitchen running smoothly!

We're not looking for a professional chef. Our meals are simple, kid-friendly favorites, and we already have a menu to follow. We just need someone who enjoys cooking, takes pride in keeping things clean, and can help make mealtimes run smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and snacks for our child care center.
• Follow our established menus and food safety guidelines.
• Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, floors, and the shared dining areas.
• Helping with food storage, supplies, and general kitchen upkeep.

What We're Looking For:

• Someone dependable who can work independently.
• Basic cooking skills. No professional kitchen experience required!
• Good organization and time management.
• Someone who understands the importance of cleanliness and food safety.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
