Job Summary

Duties

• Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support banquet operations by preparing dishes for events as needed
• Buss tables and assist in serving food to guests when required
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to meet customer needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but willing to train
• Kitchen experience, including food preparation and cooking skills, is highly desirable
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team
• Experience in catering service or kitchens is a plus
• A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new techniques
