Duties

• Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables and resetting for new guests efficiently
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment following safe lifting practices
• Serve food and beverages to guests with friendly, in-person customer service
• Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately
• Support food running and guest services to ensure timely delivery of orders and a positive dining experience

Experience

• Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks comfortably
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
• Previous banquet or large-event kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory
• A positive attitude and eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
