Kitchen Staff

Candidate must have a strong work ethic and positive demeanor.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with food preparation and plating during banquet events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Buss tables and assist with cleaning dining areas as needed

Skills:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to help out in various areas of the kitchen and hotel as needed
• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is a plus
