Kitchen Staff - Line and Prep

Job Summary
We are looking for someone who can prepare sandwiches for customers during open hours, as well as prep all items on our mostly from-scratch menu, including various sandwich ingredients, baked goods, and beverage ingredients. The pay range posted includes tips.

Duties

• Efficiently prepare a variety of foods according to our recipes
• Maintain standards for cleanliness and hygiene
• Work with the team to create drink specials and/or new menu items
• Quickly and efficiently prepare customer sandwich orders according to our quality standards
• We are closed on Mondays, so in order to make a full 36-hour week, a weekend day is required

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 28.0 per week
