Kitchen Staff: line cooks needed

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen supervisor or chef
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
• Assist with catering events and special functions as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
