Kitchen Staff (Line/Dish)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation tasks, including but not limited to: chopping, slicing, dicing, and mixing ingredients
• Measure and assemble ingredients according to recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling and safety procedures
• Assist on line when necessary
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Knowledge and Skills

• Previous experience in food service/culinary role
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and knife skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to read recipes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion about the food industry with a desire to contribute to the team!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
