Kitchen Staff Member

We’re looking for reliable, energetic kitchen staff to join Smashin’ Patties as we grow our operation in Birmingham.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced burger kitchen, preparing and cooking smash burgers, fries and sides while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and consistency.

Key responsibilities: preparing ingredients, cooking and assembling orders, managing busy service periods, keeping the kitchen clean and organised, following food hygiene procedures and working efficiently as part of a small team.

Previous kitchen or fast-food experience is preferred, but training can be provided. We’re looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, quick learners and comfortable working under pressure.

Location: Birmingham

Hours: Mainly evenings and weekends

Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
