Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and chop vegetables according to recipe specifications and food safety standards.
• Cook and assemble food items accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
• Monitor station inventory, restock supplies as needed, and report low stock levels to manager.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation, including proper food storage and regular sanitization of surfaces and equipment.
• Collaborate with service and dining staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all customer orders.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and personal hygiene protocols.
