We offernational minium wage and this is dependent on your age. We offer a zero-hour contract and the shifts would predominately on weekends. This is a part-time role.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in dessert preparation, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a desire to contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation of desserts according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of catering events as required.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to proper culinary techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment.
• Familiarity with meal preparation, food safety practices, and kitchen operations.
• A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn new skills are essential attributes for this role.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
