Kitchen Staff/Cashier

Duties:

• Prepare food and ingredients according to the café's recipes and standards.
• Cook and assemble food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
• Check, store, and replenish ingredients and supplies.
• Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Assist other kitchen staff during busy hours.
• Monitor food quality and report spoiled or insufficient ingredients.
• Perform opening and closing kitchen duties.

Cashier / Service Crew

Duties:

• Greet customers and take their orders politely.
• Operate the POS/cash register accurately.
• Receive cash, card, and other payments and provide correct change.
• Issue receipts and properly account for sales.
• Answer basic questions about the menu and products.
• Assist with packing and serving orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter and dining area.
• Restock products, cups, packaging, and other supplies.
• Assist with inventory and opening/closing procedures.

Barista

Duties:

• Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to recipes.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly service.
• Maintain consistent drink quality, portion, and presentation.
• Keep the coffee station clean and organized.
• Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with cashiering and other café duties when needed.

Expected start date: October 2026

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
