Kitchen Staff/Cook

Overview:

Dixons is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, ability to follow a recipe, and kitchen operations. If you are passionate about cooking and joining a fast past, friendly enviornment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook salads/spreads according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food safety procedures are followed in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent customer service for our clients
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in the food industry
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
• Understanding of food safety principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Culinary degree or relevant food handlers certification is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
