Kitchen Staff/Cook/Kitchen Crew - Malolos Bulacan

We are hiring a dedicated Kitchen Staff / Cook to help run our daily kitchen operations. In this role, you will prepare high-quality food, ensure rapid order fulfillment, and maintain a spotless, safe, and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Collaborate closely with kitchen, counter, and inventory teams to prepare and dispatch orders accurately and quickly.
• Station & Equipment Care: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily sanitization, workstation setup, and routine equipment upkeep.
• Safety & Standards: Uphold strict food safety protocols and report critical maintenance or operational needs to leadership.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with basic logging, inventory management using our internal software, and everyday paperwork.

Daily Expectations

• Maintain an organized, hygienic, and audit-ready workstation at all times.
• Track inventory levels to actively reduce food waste and loss.
• Engaged participation in food safety, compliance, and culinary skills training.
• Continuously deliver on CQSMA standards (Cleanliness, Quality, Service, Maintenance, Atmosphere).
