Kitchen Staff/Service Crew

KITCHEN STAFF
Prepare and cook fried menu items according to company recipes and standards.Ensure food is cooked properly, consistently, and served on time.
Prepare ingredients before operations (e.g., breading, marinating, portioning).

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, fryer station, and equipment.

Monitor oil quality and replace cooking oil as needed.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety procedures.

Assist with inventory, stock rotation (FIFO), and restocking supplies.

Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
