JOB POSITION: KITCHEN STEWARD

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Properly clean and store kitchen tools and equipment.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and preparation tasks as needed.
• Dispose of garbage and food waste properly.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are properly stored and replenished.
• Follow proper sanitation, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies when required.
• Maintain floors, sinks, work areas, and other kitchen facilities in clean condition.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher, or similar role is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to perform cleaning and manual tasks.
• Reliable, hardworking, and organized.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of hot food preparation and basic cooking techniques.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
