Kitchen Steward

Glen Prairie Local Flavor Fine Food & Drink is seeking a talented & experienced kitchen steward to join our team! Come be part of the team at the best restaurant in Glen Ellyn! Candidates should have the ability to multi-task efficiently and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests. Ideal candidates will have one or more lengthy tenures demonstrating their commitment and dependability.

The Steward/Dishwasher position is responsible to clean and sanitize plate ware, silverware, glassware, pots/pans, utensils and equipment; places clean items on specified shelves. This position cleans kitchen areas, and may assist with set-up and storage of kitchen items.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Able to handle high heat and moisture.

· Previous experience preferred.

· Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.

· Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
