Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Steward to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, serving and presenting products, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable products.
• Serve and present dry fruits, sweets, snacks, and other FMCG products as required.
• Ensure proper packing, presentation, and handling of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the serving and customer areas.
• Keep product displays neat, organized, and properly maintained.
• Support the sales team in handling customer requirements and day-to-day store activities.
• Assist with stock arrangement, replenishment, and basic inventory support.
• Ensure products are handled carefully to maintain quality and presentation.
• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and store procedures.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues to the concerned senior when required.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned by the management.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduates are also welcome.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; experience in retail, hospitality, FMCG, food, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude.
• Basic understanding of product handling and hygiene.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good grooming and professional behaviour.
• Willingness to work in a retail/store environment.
• Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience as a Steward, Retail Associate, Store Assistant, Waiter, Customer Service Executive, or similar role will be preferred.
• Candidates who are comfortable interacting with customers and handling FMCG/food products are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
