Location: Zaitoon Restaurant – Kozhikode Branch
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for hardworking and responsible Kitchen Stewards to support our kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, washing utensils, and ensuring the kitchen operates in a hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the kitchen area, washing area, and storage areas clean
• Assist in cleaning floors, sinks, and kitchen surfaces
• Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain proper hygiene standards
• Support chefs and kitchen staff when needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Team player with a positive attitude
