What they need
Job Purpose
Maintains the sanitation and operational hygiene of the entire kitchen, ensuring all dishware, glassware, cooking utensils, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and stored properly.
Core Responsibilities
- Operate high-temperature dishwashing machines, washing cookware, utensils, and dining room service items by hand or machine.
- Clean, sanitize, and mop kitchen floors, prep tables, garbage areas, and storage spaces.
- Segregate waste, empty trash receptacles regularly, and manage grease traps/disposal areas according to mall and environmental guidelines.
- Inventory Support
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely
Requirements
- Previous experience in kitchen stewarding or utility roles is an asset.
- Basic understanding of kitchen sanitation practices and chemical safety.
- Strong stamina and physical capability to handle lifting, bending, and standing for full shifts.
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
