Kitchen Steward

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and sanitized
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and workstations
• Dispose of garbage properly and regularly
• Assist chefs and cooks with basic tasks (e.g., peeling, cutting, or fetching ingredients)
• Ensure availability of clean dishes and utensils during operations
• Help in organizing kitchen tools and equipment
• Help monitor cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of items
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP guidelines)
• Wear proper protective gear (gloves, apron, etc.)
• Adhere to workplace safety policies to prevent accidents

* Willing to be assign in Baguio City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,130.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
