What they need
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dining and kitchen areas. This includes washing dishes, loading and unloading dishes from the dishwasher
- Assisting in opening or closing tasks including sweeping, mopping and polishing the kitchen station. Conducts deep cleaning according to protocols.
- Assisting the line cook in light preparation.
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meat food safety standards and regulations.
