Kitchen Steward

Job Summary

We are looking for Kitchen Stewards to join our F&B team. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dishwashing areas, washing utensils and supporting the kitchen team in daily operations.

Freshers are also welcome to apply. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and clean plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking vessels and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing and utility areas.
• Collect, segregate and dispose of kitchen waste properly.
• Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and hygienic.
• Arrange cleaned utensils and equipment in their designated places.
• Assist the kitchen team with general utility and support activities.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Support the F&B team during busy periods.
• Perform other kitchen utility duties assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers are welcome.
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher, Utility Steward or Kitchen Helper is an advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to perform kitchen cleaning and utility duties.
• Good personal hygiene and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Hospitality/Hotel/Resort experience will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
