Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, energetic, and guest-focused Food & Beverage GSA / Steward to join our hotel team in Rishikesh. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them with seating in the restaurant.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Set up tables, arrange cutlery, crockery, glassware, and napkins.
• Ensure restaurant and dining areas remain clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Handle guest requests and complaints politely and professionally.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing tables.
• Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Assist with billing and payment collection, as required.
• Follow hotel grooming standards, service procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Support restaurant opening, closing, and side duties.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 06 months to 1 year in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Qualification: 10th / 12th pass or hospitality-related qualification preferred.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and interest in the hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in a hotel, resort, café, or restaurant will be an advantage.
