Kitchen Steward

We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and dedicated Steward to join our hotel team in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and other assigned work areas.
• Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and cooking equipment.
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Assist the kitchen team with cleaning and other stewarding duties as required.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Follow food safety, health, and safety regulations.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Steward in a hotel or restaurant is mandatory.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit, hardworking, and reliable.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good teamwork and a positive attitude.

Salary: AED 1100 with Food and Accommodation

Pay: From AED1,100.00 per month
