Statement of Job

Employee performs manual work in maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen. Work involves through cleaning of equipment and facilities to conform to proper sanitation standards

Your work will include but may not be limited to the following:

· Washing Pots, pans and traps, maintain neat appearance of working areas and cleaning equipment storage areas.

· Sweep, mop and wash down Kitchen floors.

· Clean garbage bins and waste tubs and tins.

· Wash worktables, walls and refrigerators.

· Operate dishwashing machine for crockery and cutlery.
