Kitchen SteWard Supervisor

• Location: Private VIP Family Residence – Dubai UAE We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Steward to join our VIP family kitchen team.
• Oversee and coordinate all kitchen stewarding activities, ensuring seamless operation during service periods and peak hours.
• Implement and enforce strict hygiene and sanitation standards, complying with all health and safety regulations to prevent contamination.
• Manage and train the stewarding team, providing effective guidance, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Control and monitor inventory of all kitchen equipment,], glassware, and utensils, to minimize loss and wastage.
• Dispose of waste and keep garbage areas clean.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleaning procedures at all times.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for culinary or hospitality-related certifications.
• At least 3 years of experience in kitchen stewarding or a related role, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of stewarding staff, ensuring high levels of performance and teamwork.
• Thorough understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards, with knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
