Kitchen Supervisor- Cebu City

Responsible for the overall management of kitchen operations. Oversees the implementation of initiatives on kitchen operation standards, production planning, analysis, inventory management, and cost control. Ensures the adherence of kitchen employees to quality, food safety, health, and personal hygiene standards. Performs restaurant operations support as Restaurant Operations Officer with cash handling, cash management, and DGS audit functions for the store.

• Oversee the hiring and training of Kitchen Staff
• Ensure Kitchen staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to ensure health and safety
• Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations
• Prepare reports to update upper management on Kitchen Activities
• Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and food products
• Ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum conditions
• Ensure all company regulations and government legislation are adhered to
