Kitchen Supervisor

Chow Buddies Ltd is hiring, Applicant must reside in/around, proximity to Wuse II, Abuja.

Job Responsibilities;

• Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff to ensure smooth workflow, discipline, and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor food preparation, quality, portioning, presentation, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage stock taking, inventory records, proper storage, ordering, and waste reduction.
• Monitor staff attendance and performance, address operational issues, and support training and teamwork within the kitchen.
• Ensure kitchen equipment, workstations, and the overall kitchen environment are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Assist the Branch Manager with daily reports and other duties required for efficient kitchen operations.

Job Requirements;

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, Food Science, or a related field, with 1–3 years of kitchen experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, hygiene, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Good leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must reside in or around Wuse II, particularly the Adetokunbo Ademola axis, and be willing to work flexible shifts.

Pay: Up to ₦150,000.00 per month
