Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a results-driven Kitchen Supervisor to manage daily culinary and commissary operations. In this role, you will lead kitchen staff, maximize operational efficiency, maintain strict portion controls, and ensure compliance with global food safety systems.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a 4-year degree course, ideally in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Services Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Lead, Line Supervisor, or Sous Chef within a central kitchen, commercial bakery, commissary, or high-volume restaurant.
• Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of production planning, food safety management systems, and inventory tracking.
• Leadership Traits: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a structured leadership mindset.
• Physical & Logistics Requirements: Willingness to work in a shifting schedule and capable of standing for long durations

Location: Santolan, Pasig

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
